  It will be better off driving further down the street than go in here. They don't care about your situation. They will sell you anything for their gain. For their cleverness and my foolishness, I had to sacrifice my old number. I am very disappointed with Edris (CSR).

  i have reason to believe i was a victim of racism at this establishment and am shocked to realize that this discrimination is still going on today. i've had hardships, due to me being born and raised in the south, but this really takes the cake. i just wanted to take a look at this new technology as it interests me, but i didn't know i would be attacked for it. very disappointed. i would give no stars if i could.

  I requested T- mobile customer service for a free sim card that I needed to to pick it up from the near store and I made sure to put a note so that the cashier could understand and give me the sim card. When I got to the store and ask the guy with the glasses on, after waiting for a while he said he can't give me the card with out the presence of his manager. So all this wait was for nothing? Just got really annoyed because the time that I wasted for the whole process. So if the manager is not there they can't help their customer? So without saying a word I went to another store (3-4 miles away) El Cerrito plaza. I said "I am her to pick up my sim card" and a very nice lady with the glasses gave me the sim card and helped me put it on my phone in 2 min and solved my problem instantly. Thank you lady! Just angry with the other store for their horrible customer service. This happened on Sept 21st around 6:30 pm.
