  I've had a few complaints in the past about Home Depot, (never bad enough to complain) but today made me forget all of them! The team there was extremely helpful courteous and professional. I came in my small car, and had to go home and get my truck to haul my purchases home. When I approached the helpdesk the young man there knew exactly what to do to set up a will call so I could come back and pick up my items. When I returned, another young man, (Lorenzo?), offered to help me load the items into my car. Awesome, awesome customer service today! Best experience I've ever had there!

  Went to home depot in El Cerrito to return an item I bought online on 2/14/18. Customer service was horrible. No greeting, no smile, , just a cold, "can i help you?". Very inattentive. And the young woman who helped me barely looked at me. So awkward. During the transaction, she kept yelling over her shoulder to the manager (who was helping someone else!) asking for instructions. Moreover, because she was unable to complete the transaction, in addition to her constant interuptions while he was with another customer, the manager took over. This was not a busy time. Home depot, please choose your employees more wisely or train them.
